Tristian Allen, Lead Vocals
I have been writing my own music for 5 years. I always took an interest into Punk Rock, Hard Rock, and Metal. I have been in 2 other bands before Artificial Insanity, one lead vocalist for a different Punk Rock band and a drummer for an Indie band. Since I moved to phoenix in early 2012, i helped create artificial insanity with my friend and fellow guitarist lane and the remainder of mutant toys. i've written many songs alongside guitarist and back up vocalist kieran. I am inspired by bands like anti-flag, the clash, and social distortion. Some inspirations for my singing include justin sane, chris #2, mike ness, joe strummer, mick jones, phil labonte, dani winter-bates, and jason cameron.
Kieran Gardner, Guitar / Back Up Vocals
I am a self taught guitarist. I've been playing guitar since the age of twelve, and I have always been interested in rock music. More for punk, Metal, and Hard Rock. Before I got into this band, I formed mutant toys with my relative casey. after awhile we thouht we needed more enrgy and more strength in our music. So then the roots of MT formed with Tristian of artificial insanity. after 2 years of others significant work, evan has joined.
Casey James Greenwood, Drummer
THIS IS CJ Greenz, Drummer For Artificial insanity. I've been playing the drums for about four years now and I've been with the band since its start, almost 2 years ago. This band progressed from our old band mutant toys, which consisted of all of the same members except for tristian and had kind of a different style. BUT we all have our different styles. I'm into all kinds of rock; Grunge, hard rock, classics, rap rock, you name it. As a musician, some of my favorite bands include Led Zeppelin, Sublime, pantera, Black sabbath, RHCP, RaTM, Tool , SOAD and the Smashing pumpkins . that's just a taste of my musical palate. Now, As a drummer i'd say that some of my greatest inspirations are John bonham, Danny Carey, jimmy Chamberlain, and dave grohl. Thanks for getting to know me. ! Hope to see you out there in the crowd !!!!!
Evan Herrera, Bassist
taught myself music in 2011 starting out on an acoustic guitar. I wanted a deeper sound that speaks more to my personality so I played jazz bass while I went to school. jazz was the only genre I ever played on the bass until I joined artificial insanity in February of 2014. our sound clicks and we are able to communicate well when creating new songs. I am excited to be a part of this band considering it is my first contact with joining the band scene and learning about bands that I have never heard of.
